If MILK goes downhill, who do we join?

My first pick would be Virus, cause I like them better than BANG!.

On the other hand, if Virus betrays us and starts attacking, then I'd say we should join C2 and try to take over BANG! from both sides!

I agree to most of what Grimmnn has said. MILK is inactive, really only us few post in forums and our leader JamieRed is inactive (he didnt read a mail I sent 2 days ago) and the leadership, with the exception of wills and imbannen, doesnt care about the tribe.
That is why my 2 cents is this:
Grimmnn replies the guy who asked him to join Virus and says he will only join if he and the rest of us (the ones who want to) are invited too.
So please reply with your opinion and Grimmnn will make a list of the players Virus has to invite. Dont mail him, Grimmnn, till everyone replies, wait 2 days.

About their stance with BANG! I dont think it matters. If they decide to fight against BANG! good as we will continue fighting but with more help and organisation. If they decide to NAP BANG! then good as we can rebuild and prepare for fighting BANG! or other tribes in the future. If most of us from K42 join Virus and/or respect the alliance with MILK then we wont have the personal problem of fighting tribe mates.

Right now, C2 is not at war with BANG! I have a reply from their duke saying he is consulting his council.

As for Virus, I have indications from Fwin (their duke) that if we join, they will go to war against MILK. If we stay in MILK, he's not sure what course they will take. One thing's certain - they now have an NAP with BANG!...

as a former DOOM member, i would rather stick with those who joined this tribe, so i fully agree with grimmnn, but we need to do something quickly, crash from BANG has already made a start on my villages today...and picked out an offensive vill to wipe out

I need to know what you think our prospects are? We are at war with ORC, CND and BANG! and it's now pretty clear Virus will not be helping out against BANG!. Our situation is not good. Even if we pull off a few Ops, the odds are heavily against us.
What I need to know is do you see us dealing a ceasfire with any of these tribes soon? Or are we going to ally with another large tribe (I did message C2 btw)? I've been talking with some people, mostly members in K42, and we are all for fighting to keep MILK on its feet. But if all we are doing is loosing ground to ORC, CND and BANG! on all sides, well, maybe we should consider doing something more drastic like merging with another tribe. What do you think we should do?

I mailed everyone on the list earlier to find out there views on if we should join Bang or Virus, Myself, Orauball, Lordstar are in favour of joining bang while manoalorts is undecided, I haven't heard back from marcobellini, juss88 or Adamski8588 at the time of righting this. Looking at the stats/tribe rankings Bang is the better tribe, I would rather move to a tribe above us in the rankings than one below us, The main concern shared by a few of us is that virus won't support our southern villages (most of us are 30-40 hours from a virus village) forcing us to almost start again by relocating further north, World 16 is a slow one so no one is going to be happy about doing that, Bang are not a popular tribe but as it stands they are the only choice if you are looking to extend your stay in world 16

I still want to hear back from fwin before I consider BANG! I will have an answer tomorrow, so hopefully we can make the decision on what to do soon. In the meantime, let's start taking all those grey villages and rebuild our troops!

I thought this might help some people decide.

Reasons for joining BANG:
- support will be too far away for southern villages if BANG! attacks
- Virus is smaller than BANG!
- BANG! is allied with top 2 tribes
- BANG! is extremely well organized and active
- BANG! has offered to return some of the villages taken from us (at least to me...)
- Possibility to expand in K41

Reasons for joining Virus:
- Virus is allied w MILK so we wouldn't be "betraying" other MILK players
- Virus seems well organized and active
- Virus is growing fast
- Virus is or will soon be allied with Plight, the #3 tribe
- Virus is willing to accept all 10 players and probably more people from MILK. BANG! originally wanted only 5 of us but now is willing to accept up to 9.
- Support from BANG! to our northern villages would be far away
- Possibility to expand in K32/31

I would need a cast iron guarantee from virus that they will stack my villages and prenoble villages closer to them to replace any villages that i loose, I have more incoming attacks from bang today so we can't hang about, I can understand the concerns of grimmnn and wills that they would loose villages to virus and Milk if they move to bang , I think they could both handle loosing a few villages but for us in the south of k42 loosing a few villages would cripple us to the point of giving up, I'm dissapointed in the way MILK decided to pick a fight with to many tribes at once and are now suffering because of it and i would say they are virtually finished, The way i see it going is Virus will end their allliance with Milk which will leave them and Bang free to pick at the carcus,

I alredy forwarded the mail to Grimmnn, I have had a mailing with BANG! leader, it seems as if he is getting unpacient with all this, making khammer (sorry to call you this way but I forget your total name all the time so Ill call you like this from now on )

I have changed for BANG!, I have to agree that we would lose alot of southern villages to them and also Virus are a good tribe but BANG! is better. They get lots of members in helping and with them we can expand more. Yes, we may have to attack extribe mates but sincerely I dont really care attacking players who have been so selfish and havent supported us in the south. Of course I wont attack MILK players who have posted in the forum/had mailings with me or have supported anyone in the group. But there is a percentage (which is the percentage BANG! dont have) which arent helping.
